Keeli grew up in Welcome, NC playing softball. She received a softball scholarship to attend Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC. During her athletic career as a Fighting Camel she earned Academic All-American and Strength & Conditioning All-American honors. After finding CrossFit in 2011, she competed in both the 2013 & 2014 CrossFit Games Mid-Atlantic Regionals as a team- member of CrossFit Greensboro. Keeli later graduated from Campbell with and undergraduate degree in clinical research, a masters in business administration and a doctorate in pharmacy. She now works as a clinical community pharmacist for Medical Park Pharmacy.
Keeli loves the strength of community that surrounds CrossFit and has found great friends all across the country through that common bond. She enjoys focusing on the precision of movement and strength required in the Olympic lifts and gymnastic skills. Through coaching, she hopes to inspire others to challenge themselves daily in order to surpass what they believe is possible. Keeli completed the CrossFit Level 1 certification in September of 2012, followed by a CrossFit Mobility course. She became a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach in 2015 along with attending a Starting Strength seminar. Most recently she earned the credentials of a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance coach.
Keeli lives in Morehead City and has a puppy dog named Storm.
