ITC WOD-A-THON & Waves of Support for Florence: Please join us for a fun community WOD-A-THON and fundraiser to support local families and neighbors impacted by Hurricane Florence. The WOD-A-THON will begin promptly at 6:00am. One WOD will be performed every hour for 13 consecutive hours. You can choose to do none, one, or ALL workouts. You also have the option of doing the workouts with a partner. Schedule: 6:00am CINDY 7:00am GRACE 8:00am ANNIE 9:00am GLENN (Hero WOD) 10:00am KAREN 11:00am MARY 12:00pm AMANDA 1:00pm HOLLEY MAN (Hero WOD) 2:00pm ISABEL 3:00pm JACKIE 4:00pm NANCY 5:00pm GRIFF (Hero WOD) 6:00pm FRAN **5:00pm Thai Sticky Rice Food Truck will be setting up to serve and sell meals. If you don't like Thai Sticky Rice, feel free to bring your own food. Waves of Support for Florence: We will begin collecting items at the gym starting ASAP!
