20 min EMOM: 2 Deadlifts 1 Power Clean 1 Hang Power Clean 1 Hang Squat Clean *Perform all lifts in a cycle without releasing the bar. If the bar drops, follow it to the floor for 5 burpees. *Use 75% of your 1RM Clean for all lifts *Score is number of rounds completed
