5 Rounds for Max Reps of: Bodyweight Bench Press Pull-ups
Elements are performed as compound sets (i.e. pullups immediately follow the bench). Scaled weight for bench should target 1/2-3/4 bodyweight. Scale the pullups to a variant in which you can obtain at least 10 reps per set. Execute each round on 6 minute intervals. Partner up to ensure everyone has a spotter for the bench and stagger start times (i.e. partner 1 starts at time 00:00, partner 2 starts at 03:00).
