Weightlifting:

For intensity purposes, treat the Drop cycle and High-Hang cycle as progressive skill work towards the final excercise. Four sets of eight of Snatch should yield your highest intensity for the day.

Drop Snatch (3-3-3 (30% start))

High-Hang Snatch (5-5-5 (45% start))

Snatch (8-8-8-8 (60% start))
