Weightlifting:

Overhead Squat (8-8-8-8 (60% start))

15 min EMOM (complex): 1 Power Clean 2 Front Squats 2 Push Press (75%) *If Front Squat 1RM is more than 30% greater than Push Press 1RM, perform 3 Front Squats vice 2.
